Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather

Shipping areas and costs

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the shipping method you select.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on the order. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a carrier claim or arrange a replacement.
