Return window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
Non-returnable items
- Opened beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear
How to start a return
Email Wesupplyallc@gmail.com or call (917) 330-1572 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges and defective items
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
